Denied disability benefits? We can help

On Behalf of | Mar 17, 2017 | Firm News, social security disability

It is fairly commonly known that many if not most applications for Social Security disability benefits get denied on the first go around. Even if a Cincinnati, Ohio, resident really is injured or ill and unable to keep working in order to earn living, it is admittedly difficult to convince the Social Security Administration of that, meaning an appeal to an Administrative Law Judge is often necessary.

Our law office steps in to help Ohio residents who have been denied benefits with these appeals. We accept appointments for prospective clients so long as their benefits have been denied within the previous 60 days. Assuming our office and our prospective client agree to ongoing representation, we then help our clients with what is oftentimes a frustrating appeal process for those who choose to do it on their own.

Our services in appeals of benefit denials give our injured or ill clients the opportunity to let us handle their stressful situation, all the while making sure to avoid critical errors that could derail a person’s appeal and mean the person does not get benefits. Having done this work for over 20 years, we know the process well and can use that knowledge to present our clients’ cases effectively and help them get the benefits they need.

We also are well-aware that Ohioans who need disability benefits often have very limited budgets. We offer free initial consultations for Social Security disability cases. Furthermore, although we cannot promise a favorable result in all cases, we don’t get paid an attorney fee unless you wind up getting benefits.
